What You’ll Do
IT Infrastructure & Operations
- Design, deploy and support enterprise infrastructure and systems including networks, storage, and cloud services .
- Optimize system performance for scalability and reliability, ensuring seamless operations for a rapidly growing organization.
- Manage virtualization environments, back up solutions, and disaster recovery processes.
- Lead IT projects, including system upgrades and migrations, ensuring timely and successful execution.
- Oversee troubleshooting for complex system, hardware, software, and cloud issues.
Cybersecurity & Risk Management
- Build and oversee robust security architectures for IT systems and cloud environments.
- Conduct security assessments, including penetration testing and vulnerability management, to safeguard critical assets.
- Develop and enforce security policies and standards in compliance with frameworks like SOC2, GDPR, and ISO 27001.
- Lead incident response efforts, from threat detection to resolution, ensuring minimal disruption.
- Stay ahead of emerging cybersecurity threats and proactively address potential vulnerabilities.
What We’re Looking For
Technical Skills:
- 5–7 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure/networking, operations and cybersecurity, with a demonstrated ability to lead projects.
- Certifications like CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCNP, MCSE, or AWS Solutions Architect are a big plus.
- Experience managing Windows/Linux environments and Azure cloud infrastructures.
- Proficiency with tools like Intune, Black Point, and Apple Business Manager, plus advanced knowledge of firewalls, SIEM, and encryption technologies.
- Scripting proficiency (e.g., Python, PowerShell) to automate processes and enhance efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
